My very first appearance on stage was alongside my mother in The Music Man at Worcester State College. That same year I played a grown up Cinderella in our sixth grade production alongside my crush. In middle School, I sat through the production just convinced I would make a better Oliver...but was far too shy to even audition! Then in high school, in the P.A.S.O.W. building where I cleaned practice rooms and emptied trash in exchange for voice lessons, there was also a Children's Theater Company. I have no idea how or why, but they asked me to come and audition.  I auditioned and became a member of the Worcester Children's Theater Teen Repertory Company! But it still wasn't until the end of high school, as I improvised my unprepared theater homework, it was then that I realized, here on stage, I can do or be anything and anyone I want to be:  crazy, angry, delicate, beautiful, ugly, smart, stupid; On stage people applaud me...for being me. Heck they even pay me on occasion!

     Since living in Spain, theater has taken a backseat to more independent art forms that make rent paying more obtainable. I have continued to work in a number of smaller theater companies - many of which have given me the opportunity to get to know the various regions of Spain in a way no tourist guide could provide. Some day I shall write a dark comedy about some of those Caravan adventures!
